“Check out the MindGarden table for a live screen printing experience! There will be four exclusive designs to choose from and they'll print for you right on the spot. You can even get involved and print your own shirt if you'd like! There will be blank shirts available for purchase or you can bring your own - just make sure it's a dark colored garment that's either cotton, polyester or denim.”

Nick Gillio's love for katsu sandos began during his visits to Japan, where this iconic sandwich - featuring a breaded, deep-fried cutlet of pork (tonkatsu) or chicken - is a popular meal and snack. Served on soft, fluffy Japanese shokupan bread, katsu sandos can be found everywhere in Japan, from convenience stores and vending machines to restaurants.
